Let’s get going on another Wrong Wednesday! To give a quick overview of what Wrong Wednesday is for everyone who is most likely new; Wrong Wednesday is where I write my opinions on what I think is wrong with the gym, what people do wrong in the gym, and more.
Let’s talk about equipment hogs! People who just take all the equipment and hoard it in the corner of the gym! People who sit on their phones forever while not doing a single set.
There is no need to be hogging 4 pairs of dumbbells. What’s the purpose? Doing a dropset? You only need 2 pairs.
Are you hogging 3 machines? Just no. Not even if you’re doing a circuit with a trainer.
You should only be using 2 things at most at a time. There’s no need to use more. Unless you’re doing Crossfit. In which case you’re wrong anyways.
In the end don’t be an equipment hog!
